Cheryl Lee Wright

Cheryl Lee Wright, 76, passed away on March 1st, 2025 at Pleasant View Home in Inman,

Kansas. She was born August 16, 1948, in Phoenix, Arizona. She was the daughter of William

Edward Wright and Frances Bertha Draper. Furthermore, she had two siblings, a brother

William Jr. and sister Terri. Cheryl lived an adventurous and nomadic life from an early age where

she became college educated, and worked at several jobs including Hughes Aircraft as a

Lead Art Director where she headed a team designing airplanes. This hardworking and caring

woman was deeply engrained in Christianity who wanted nothing more than to have a large

family so she could try and give them the nearly endless amounts of love she had to offer.

She is survived by her 4 sons. In order of birth, Justin Evans, Ethan Evans, Austin Evans and

Clayton Evans whom all reside in Hutchinson, while Ethan recently moved to McPherson; a

sister, Teri Wright, Oregon; stepmother, Billie Jo Wright, Arizona, at the young age of 95 and

her grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held privately with the family.
