Clyde Raymond Rice

Clyde Raymond Rice, 84, died Sunday, September 13 at Cambridge Place, Marysville, KS.  He was born October 23, 1935 in Emporia, KS the son of Clarence and Esther Place Rice.  Clyde grew up in Emporia but was a lifetime resident of the Inman area.  He was a member of Zoar Mennonite Brethren Church.

He married Elaine Dorothy Schroeder on September 3, 1966 in Buhler.  She died March 25, 1994.

Survivors include 6 children; Donna Calderon, Anita Myers, Glenn Rice, Bruce Rice, Cheryl Albrecht, Cynthia Rice; a brother, Calvin Rice; and 8 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and a brother; Virgil Rice.

Visitation will be held from 5-7pm, with the family present, Friday, September 25, 2020 at Inman Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Zoar Mennonite Brethren Church, Inman, with Pastor Gary Janzen presiding.  Burial will follow at Zoar Mennonite Church Cemetery.  Funeral services will be live streamed on the Inman Funeral Home facebook page.  To leave a condolence for the family, visit www.inmanfh.com.
