Patsy Jo Welden

Patsy Jo Welden, 73, passed away February 20, 2025, at Diversicare of Hutchinson. She was born October 12, 1951, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Ed and Elizabeth Schnitzler Welden Haines. She was a 1969 graduate of Buhler High School and received her RN from Hutchinson Community College. She had worked as an RN for different places in the area, as well as an X-Ray tech. Patsy was a member of the Wesleyan Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Dawn Bilson, Topeka; sisters, Stephanie (David) Chambers and Linda (Mark) Collins, all of Hutchinson; and grandchildren, Laura, Zachariah, Katherine, and Michael.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, a brother, Dale Haines, and a sister, Edna Baker.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, March 3, 2025 at Diversicare of Hutchinson dining area. Light snacks will follow the service and all are invited. To leave a condolence for the family, visit: www.inmanfh.com.
